Basic Function:
1. Batch record review
2. Review, Approve, and Release of Finished Goods.
3. Maintain HOLD*, Quarantine, and Reject status for Finished Product

Responsibilities:
1. Assists in full and abbreviated batch record review, batch record reconciliation and retention of batch records and related documents. This includes blending, coating, work-in-process (WIP), and finished product records
2. Reviews lab micro, analytical test results, AQL inspections for product releases.
3. Updates finished good status in QAD.
4. Creates COA/COC as per customer requests.
5. Co-ordinate with shipping/warehouse department on Finished Products shipment.
6. Performs QA inspection requirements for in-process/bulk and finished goods.
7. Participates in Quality training program.
8. Maintains awareness and compliance with safety regulations in performing job duties.
9. Any additional duties of assignments as directed by immediate supervisor or the QA Manager.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum five years industry or related experience in cosmetic, device, food, or pharma.
• Previous inspecting, auditing or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Data analysis, spec development skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suit (Excel, Word.)
• Effective communication skills — internal and customer to resolve issues.

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma (Two years college or equivalent preferred)
