SUMMARY: Community Link employees take great pride in enhancing the lives of the people we serve. The QIDP Program Manager will supervise Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff to provide skill training, community activities, and recreational opportunities to adults with disabilities in their residential setting and surrounding community. In addition, you will maintain compliance with federal, state, and agency requirements through plan development and documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Ensure that participants are provided the opportunity to engage in the community; developing relationships necessary for employment, volunteerism, development of personal interests and social experiences.
• Establish constructive working relationships with the participants and their support network in order to ensure the needs and desires of the participants are being met.
• Develop a schedule of activities for both in-house and in the community
• Develop programs to increase skill building opportunities and capacity for independent living
• Report progress through goal tracking software and group meetings
• Collaborate with family members and professional staff to support individuals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field, including, but not limited to psychology, sociology, special education, or rehabilitation counseling
• One year experience working directly with individuals with Intellectual or other Developmental Disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license & auto insurance
