Quality Assurance Analysts/Engineers

Enquizit is seeking Quality Assurance Analysts / Engineers with extensive experience in creating test plans and developing automated test suites to ensure high code coverage and to ensure consistent delivery and release of complex software systems. The ideal candidate will have the acumen and experience with a variety of testing including front-end testing, API testing, load testing, performance testing, black box testing and understanding of Behavior Driven Development techniques.. The individual must be capable of working in a fast-paced Agile environment and working cooperatively with a multi-functional team.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute test plans to identify software problems and their causes.
• Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
• Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
• Work in an Agile development environment as part of a cross-functional product development team
• Collaborates with Engineering team to develop comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases, maintaining and adding to existing automation framework, continued evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for new features, and development of toolsets to augment QA and development testing.
• Work closely with multi-functional organizations, project teams and clients to develop project schedules, execute test plans and cases, and deliver high quality products
• Experience in championing customer feedback post-launch and bringing it to the attention of relevant teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
