We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Ellenwood, GA. This role will play an integral part in helping our organization digitize our records, improving a large part of our operations and the experience for our customers.

This role requires up to 20% travel.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with records or applicable duties and intermediate MS Excel skills required.
Duties include auditing and reviewing records for consistency, accuracy and clarity. Problem-solving to reconcile discrepancies between multiple record sources. Creating reports for upper management to monitor trends and identify gaps in processes vs. execution. Detailed review of property records; reading, analyzing and interpreting contracts, legal documents and other records to establish ownership/rights of property.
