Our Quality Control Specialists play a critical role in achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction by ensuring RV repairs and installations are successfully completed with a focus on quality.

Essential Job Duties:

• Verify the repair made to RV is working according to the customer complaint
• Verify the accessory installation is working as designed per product vendor
• Ensure protective materials are being used to protect RV interior on every unit
• Verify that the model and serial numbers are documented on repair orders for new appliance installations or on appliance warranty repairs
• Communicate inspection status with appropriate personnel
• Ensure the work area where the RV repair or accessory installation was performed is clean before returning RV to end customer
• Document inspection findings on Quality Assurance Inspection form

Essential Job Skills:

• RV service experience preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required
• Able to follow department procedures and policies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness

• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment

• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
