General Description

The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for supplier quality process. This person will be responsible for continued improvement of supplier quality process, qualification of suppliers and responsible for resolving supplier product issues. This person will also oversee all supplier issues that occur though the receiving inspection process and work with the inspectors and suppliers to resolve both documentation and product issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments in selection of new suppliers.
• Qualify suppliers in Galvanize’s QMS, inclusive of performing supplier audits and working with supplier to obtain necessary documentation for their qualification in the QMS.
• Responsible for supplier non-conformances and associated correction and corrective actions.
• Assist in complaint handling process to close out complaints
• Work with inspection to address non conformances and supplier issues.
• Other job duties as assigned
  

Key Requirements

Education and Training: Bachelors

Skills and Experience: Knowledgeable in ISO 13485 and 21 CFR.

Other: Able to travel up to 25% of the time.

At Galvanize Therapeutics, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $110,000 and $150,000 per year, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
