Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-4:30PM

Pay Rate : $17.35 per hour + $50 weekly perfect attendance bonus

Role and Responsibilities

• Support production on issues concerning the quality of product.
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the company internal quality program per established quality procedures.
• Accountable for compliance of the internal non-conformance process.
• Follow and perform all inspection instructions including those related to the start-up process.
• Perform quality inspection of finished products as determined by procedures.
• Responsible for the auditing function as required by the customer.
• Assist in training other team members to meet quality objectives
• Accountable for procedures, forms and other documentation that pertain to job function.
• As required, use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gage, etc.
• Safely use fixtures and other tools needed for job task.
• Observe all safety requirements and maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Strongly Preferred
• Experience in the plastics industry preferred
• All required WilbertU Courses based on job title

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Above average math skills
• Ability to apply with mathematical concepts such as fractions and percentages to practical situations.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to effectively present information to production team and respond to questions from employees
• Able to work well with others with minimal supervision
