Essential Job Functions
Ensures area is clean, fish tanks are full and free of sleeper
Ensures all products are properly signed and all product is rotated correctly
Certify that the product is received throughout the day
Responsible for dishes to be washed thoroughly
Other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The incumbent must posses the knowledge, skills and abilities required for satisfactory performance. Detail oriented, read and write English/Spanish, follow instructions, ability to multi-task use of knives.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma, basic kitchen skills, familiar with food preparation in seafood departments.
