Full-time RBT Scheduler and Therapist for pediatric therapy practice!

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

In this unique role, the RBT Scheduler will play a vital role in both the daily operations of the organization and support the ABA clinical team as needed. The RBT Scheduler will be responsible for, but not limited to,

· Creating and maintaining several ABA departments’ schedules

· Assisting the PT, OT, and ST departments with tracking client cancellations and rescheduling appointments

· Managing staff and client call outs each morning

· Making both daily and long-term scheduling changes

· Providing floor support as a behavioral therapist delivering ABA therapy as needed

· Coordinating and communicating therapists’ schedules

· Utilizing EMR software programs including CentralReach and WebPT

· Communicating with therapists, parents, and office staff daily

· Maintaining excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, attention to detail and highly organized

· Excellent time management and flexibility with organizing and prioritizing multiple daily duties

· Ability to engage and model WellCare Core Values of integrity, Inclusion, Adaptability, and Collaboration

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CentralReach EMR and related software

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

At least 2 years of experience as either a behavioral therapist and/or scheduler in an ABA therapeutic setting

Fully Vaccinated for COVID
