A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A READY-MIX CONCRETE PLANT MANAGER

As a Ready-Mix Concrete Plant Manager, you oversee the daily operations of our plant and building supply yard. When you arrive at work, you perform opening duties, setting the stage for organized and efficient operations. Throughout the day, you supervise yardmen, drivers, and dispatchers, scheduling their duties and overseeing execution to ensure high-quality work, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

In addition to managing staff, you interface with customers and sell our services. With your great customer service skills, you work with clients both in-person and on the phone to assess their needs and provide solutions. You are integral in creating positive relationships with our community and helping our business grow. Your satisfaction comes from running an efficient team and making customers happy!

Prior management experience in the industry is preferred. Are you able to clearly communicate goals and expectations to a team? WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a half-day on Saturday.
