RASHEED ANDERSON As President and Founder of Drop Key Realty, Rasheed leads a team responsible for representing buyers and sellers of distinguished properties throughout New York. He is recognized as a consistent Real Estate Agent and is also identified as a Top Real Estate Agent in Brooklyn for the people by the people.

Rasheed received his Master in Health Admin degree from Hofstra University with an undergraduate degree from Monroe College. After graduating from Monroe College, Rasheed joined the fortune 500 company Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance company, representing a broad range of corporate clients.

Following a successful insurance career, Rasheed left the practice to follow two generations of family tradition. He initially joined an office in the Bronx and quickly established himself as one of the prominent realtors. After only five years in the business, Rasheed founded Drop Key Realty brokerage in the heart of Brooklyn.

Throughout his career, Rasheed has traveled to more than three countries to identify select properties and led numerous multi-million dollar real estate transactions. He is also constantly dedicated to enriching the profession.

We are looking for a professional real estate agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and guiding buyers and sellers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Skills

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $173,208.00 per year
