Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities

• Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
• Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
• Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
• Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Great at time management and organization
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
• Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
