Ridgeland law firm seeks experienced Real Estate Paralegal. The candidate should have 5+ years of paralegal experience. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Residential and Commercial Closings
- Preparing Title Commitments
- Ordering Title Reports and Title Searches
- Preparing Title Binders
- Ordering Title Policies
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma and training as a paralegal
- Experience with Real Estate closings
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Keen attention to detail
