Needed for a top- ranking Real Estate Team in the Triangle area. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and less on the back end and daily admin. This individual would be willing to go above and beyond – just like other members on this team.

The ideal applicant would possess a background in real estate; however this is not a requirement. This person would have a strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritize. This person must like check lists, systems and be organized with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting and supporting the team with functions pertaining to real estate transactions (both home sellers & buyers)
• Maintaining database management systems (CRM)
• Distributing correspondence
• Scheduling appointments
• Putting together listing and buyer packets
• Lead management assistance
• Assisting clients so that they have an amazing experience
• Helping clients through the closing process
• This person will LOVE checklists and “to do” lists and will love paperwork
• Outstanding organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech savvy
• Familiar with social media platforms to assist in marketing.
• Be able to help with client drop offs monthly (mileage reimbursement)
• Comfortable with handling strong personalities
• This person must have a CAN and WILL do attitude in order to free their agents up to sell more homes!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $39,261.00 - $41,619.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Raleigh, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
