Experience/Education/Skillsets Needed:

• Understands principals of good customer service
• Ability to operate a POS system
• Very organized and keen ability to manage lots of paperwork and keep everything neat and correct so items get checked in properly.
• Must be able to work on own and stay efficient

Job Requirements Include:

• Receiving and managing received goods
• Checking off material against proper invoices as items are received into store
• Storing merchandise in warehouse /coordinating items to go to floor to be displayed
• Using POS and receiving methods to verify all items are received properly and checked off accordingly in system
• Keeping receiving area organized and clean
• Notifying store manager of any price changes
• Drive a fork truck and unload incoming merchandise as its delivered
• Making sure special order items are taken care of and customers are called
• Ability to work with other employees
• Provide customer service as needed in store
• Operate cash register as needed

Desirable skills (Not required) Include:

• Knowledge on a relative product category in store (farming products, animal products, power equipment, pet goods, clothing, etc.)

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. / maneuver 100lbs
• Must be able to work on feet for duration of a shift
