Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Job description
Our organization is looking for an organized, outgoing Office Receptionist. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and scanning and uploading incoming mail corospondance.
Office Assistant Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and take messages
- Respond to emails
- Manage mail correspondence
- Greet clients and visitors
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Office Assistant Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks software a plus
- Computer proficiency
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic math skills
- Calm and professional appearance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
