Job description

Customer service is our number one priority with all of our customer interactions. We are looking for a motivated and independent receptionist to answer phone calls and schedule customers on pest control routes. The ability to communicate effectively, multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is crucial to success in this position. Here is what the position entails:

• Full time schedule; 5 day work week; Mon-Fri

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls

• Scheduling routes for service technicians

• Aiding in data entry, emails, phone payments and other bookkeeping tasks

• Excellent communication skills are a must

Experience

• 1 year of previous experience as a receptionist (preferred but not required)

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not required)

• 2 years of college (preferred but not required)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
