Main Receptionist Duties:

• Answering/Transferring calls and providing directions as requested by callers
• Filing paper invoices and payment remittance
• Maintaining file room (transferring papers files over 2 years old to storage).
• Compiling CKS Checks, stapling CKS Checks to invoices and distributing the checks internally
• Creating UPS shipments
• Placing checks in envelopes. Stamp and seal envelopes using Quadient mail system.
• Distribute inter-office mail
• Buzz visitors and staff into the building.
