Skin Care By Design is in search for a front desk receptionist to add to our amazing team! Must have prior experience in a medical practice/medical spa front desk setting. We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized individual that can multi-task and efficiently handle a busy schedule for 8 providers. Job duties include welcoming all clients, answering inbound calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting product sales, accepting client payments, pulling and filing client records and performing general office administration.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years age
• High School or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• Pervious experience in a medical practice
• Neat, professional appearance
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good organization and multi-task time management skills
• Teamworking skills is a must
• Good understanding of office systems (telephones, computers, relevant software)
• Good typing and writing skills
• Ability and willingness to work flexibly, under pressure and to deadlines
• Professional telephone manner
• May be required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
