JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Receptionist and Support Team Member provides a first voice to all incoming calls from customers and vendors. They are also a greeter to all visitors that come to our facility to meet with a sales or other team members. You must be able to collect required information in a friendly, fast and accurate manner, then transfer them to a staff member. You will also be assisting other team members with emailing invoices to customers, entering data from sales persons and other misc. office duties such as filing.
We are a fun, energetic and dynamic company with a growing staff. Our team works hard together and provides immediate growth opportunities within all departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to run or learn our Phone system, CRM / ERP ( NetSuite ) , with Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required. You MUST have great organization, communication & multi-tasking skills. A working knowledge of basic customer service.
MUST BE LEGALLY ABLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES

STARTING SALARY RANGE DOE
We provide training for all Sportex specific software programs and phone related systems.
We are currently implementing NetSuite CRM / ERP so please advise if you have any experience with this platform.
