Position Description: This position pays $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour with tips. Starting pay is $15.00-$17.00/hour with tips ranging from $3 - $4/hour. Responsible for being the first contact to the guests, potential applicants, employees and coworkers when assistance is needed from the office. Answer or know how to get answers for employees needing assistance, making photocopies of forms needed, assist property when needed, assisting with special projects and other departments if needed. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Outstanding customer service
• Previous phone and computer experience needed
• Ability to complete purchases over the phone through website and POS
• Maintain confidentiality
• Previous administrator/receptionist experience helpful but not required
• Answer phones (This is one of the main priorities for this position)
• Count, prepare and issue cashier bank bags
• Close out the previous day drops and prepare bank deposit
• Ensure the safe amount is accurate and maintained
• Take gift card orders and process accordingly
• Manage IMHS donations when received. Includes either mailing vouchers or set up for will call. Communicate with person requesting the donation and log the sponsorship.
• Help to stock front desk with promotional material
• Manage the “You did it right” program; trades with vendors and employee redemption
• Maintain office supplies and purchase orders when necessary
• Help to manage Annual Pass holder waivers, data and troubleshoot any issues
• Help with waivers. Scan paper waivers and organize on the H drive.
• Monitor info@, reservations@, and tickets@ inbox and responds to guest questions. Send sensitive customer service issues to GM.
• Manage Lost and Found
• Prepare shipments
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
