We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, compassionate and motivated to help others. This position will be a Part Time Day Shift Receptionist in our West Bloomfield location.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Answering the phones
• Clerical duties; filing, typing correspondence, creating forms, etc.
• Ensuring that all individuals entering building are authorized and sign in/out.
• Notify maintenance staff when their services are necessary.
• Activate emergency staff calling tree for larger emergency situations.
• Notify police of unauthorized or suspicious individuals in and around the property.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and comfort performing the following:

• Greeting visitors
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Writing clearly and informatively
• Maintaining files and records
• Performing data entry
• Keeping the office clean, safe and organized and keep office supply inventory fully stocked.
