We are a small business and female owned and operated. We work with clients from all walks of life. We are a small animal vet office with a friendly, hard working staff. We offer a wide range of services from annual visits, dentals, routine surgeries, and more. We are looking forward to having more friendly faces join our team.

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for client communications, answering phone calls, responding to emails, collecting payment, making appointments and more.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the following responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Working with gmail
• Learning our booking and records system AVIMark
• Speaking with clients
• Taking payment

As a Veterinary technician assistant you will be responsible for cleaning, assisting the doctor and technician, and client communications.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the following tasks:

• Cleaning animal fluids ( blood, fecal matter, urine, vomit, etc)

• Restraining animals for exams and other procedures
• Assisting the doctor and tecchnician with routine procedures.
• Answering telephones
• Learning our booking and records system AVIMark
• Speaking with clients

Previous experience HIGHLY desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
At this time we are only doing curbside service. No customers are allowed into the building. We go to the car and get all necessary information and bring the animal inside for the exam.

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
