To manage all of the pictures and comments for all of Stuckey Automotive’s new and used inventory.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow the guidelines set in the Stuckey Automotive Employee Handbook
- Ensure all used vehicles are clean and pictured following the picture take process on SnapLot360
- Ensure that all used vehicles have quality comments for Stuckey Automotives various Dealer.com websites
- Manage time to ensure that someone is available from 7-4 for new car check in
- Fuel new and used vehicles to proper level to make sure no unit is without fuel
- Maintain a proficient picture taking process and keep average time under 12 minutes per unit
- Make sure that all vehicles are through the “Awaiting Pictures” step in Rapid Recon by close of business daily
- Keep Rapid Recon clean and vehicles moved to the correct step after “Awaiting Pictures”
- Help train new hires.
- Audit Stuckey Automotive Dealer.com websites for quality of pictures and comments
- Apply the correct windshield pricing after taking pictures of each used vehicle
- Clean the 360 Photo Booth bi-weekly
- Keep all tools updated with most current softwares
- Prioritize aged inventory labelled in Rapid Recon
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Facilitate the movement of inventory to and from lots, body shop, sublets
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania State Driver’s License
- Organized with strong computer skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Adaptive to changing processes and new methods
