Overview – Label Manager

We are looking for a creative, detail orientated candidate with a strong work ethic and a passion for music. Must have the ability to multi-task and stay calm and proactive in a high-pressure, deadline driven, fast-moving environment.

As the Label Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the label, planning and executing our release schedule, coordinating with marketing and digital teams on artist campaigns, managing relationships with distributors, digital service DSPs, and other external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of the label
• Planning the label release schedule
• Product management
• Coordinating with our marketing and digital teams on artist campaigns
• Manage relationships with distributors, DSPs and other external partners
• Manage relationships with artists and managers
• Manage project budgets and other financial responsibilities

Required Skills

• Passion for music, specifically rock and metal
• Well organized with ability to plan and deliver; high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have product management experience
• 3+ years of label / distribution experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
