Here’s what you can expect in the role as a Recovery Supervisor:

The Recovery Supervisor position exists to lead the Recovery team and to ensure completion of queues on deficiency balances of previous customers.

Job Duties:

• Ensures all policies and procedures are followed.

• Manages company assets to provide maximum return.

• Teams with management to create policies and procedures that will improve collection totals, land sale recovery, and ensure state guidelines are followed.

• Reviews collection activity to ensure policies and procedures are followed.

• Teams with Home Center Managers in specific matters.

• Communicates with attorneys regarding legal matters.

• Recognizes and evaluates business opportunities.

• Creates strategic plans to optimize ideas.

• Creates and maintains detailed management reports.

• Exhibits excellent communication and organizational skills to keep up with an extensive workload.

• Ensures full compliance with Recovery regulations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to qualify:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, College degree preferred.

• Must have previous leadership experience with proven success leading a team that includes Supervisors and ten or more team members.

• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and person to person.

• Capability of gathering facts accurately, analyzing causes, evaluating alternate solutions, and arriving at sound conclusions on action to be taken.

• Ability to manage multiple and/or conflicting responsibilities.

• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of View and above average computer skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

• 90% communication methods completed over the phone.

• Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.

• Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.

• Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
