Here’s what you can expect in the role as a Recovery Supervisor:
The Recovery Supervisor position exists to lead the Recovery team and to ensure completion of queues on deficiency balances of previous customers.
Job Duties:
- Ensures all policies and procedures are followed.
- Manages company assets to provide maximum return.
- Teams with management to create policies and procedures that will improve collection totals, land sale recovery, and ensure state guidelines are followed.
- Reviews collection activity to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Teams with Home Center Managers in specific matters.
- Communicates with attorneys regarding legal matters.
- Recognizes and evaluates business opportunities.
- Creates strategic plans to optimize ideas.
- Creates and maintains detailed management reports.
- Exhibits excellent communication and organizational skills to keep up with an extensive workload.
- Ensures full compliance with Recovery regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to qualify:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, College degree preferred.
- Must have previous leadership experience with proven success leading a team that includes Supervisors and ten or more team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and person to person.
- Capability of gathering facts accurately, analyzing causes, evaluating alternate solutions, and arriving at sound conclusions on action to be taken.
- Ability to manage multiple and/or conflicting responsibilities.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of View and above average computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- 90% communication methods completed over the phone.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.
- Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.
- Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
