The Job

• As a Recruiter at Harnham, you will become an expert in your niche area of the Data & Analytics market and will deliver a high level of service to candidates and clients
• You will be a full desk (360) recruiter, which means you are going to be responsible for not only sourcing your candidates and managing candidate processes but also doing business development to create relationships with companies to bring them on as your clients
• You will be using a variety of means to source candidates and generate new clients, such as cold calling, cold emailing, and building out your network on sites like LinkedIn
• You will be expected to hit targets and goals that you will set with your manager on a weekly and monthly basis

About You

Bachelor's degree in any major is accepted for the position
