Recruiter
LHH is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join a healthcare technology company located in Carmel Valley, San Diego. This position will be on-site, full-time, direct hire and pays up to $45/hr. We are looking for someone who has technical recruiting experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting process
- Hiring, interviewing and scanning resumes
- Salary negotiation
- Onboarding
- Sourcing for candidates online
- Post job ads
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- ATS/HRIS systems
- Strong Communicator
Experience:
- At least 2-4 years of recruiting experience
- Technical recruiting experience with various roles
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
Compensation: $30.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience PLUS benefits
Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Direct hire, Located in Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA
Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
