THE POSITION:
The Recruiter will work under the guidance of, and collaborate with, the Talent Acquisition Specialist to meet organizational recruitment and retention plans and objectives.
Some of the duties include:
- Assist in maintaining and updating UKG requisitions to reflect proper position codes.
- Building applicant sources and pipelines by researching and proactively contacting community services, colleges, job fairs, media, and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; building and maintaining relationships.
- Placing job advertisements on specialty boards and social media sites.
- Determining applicant qualifications by reviewing applications, interviewing applicants as needed; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Checking references on job candidates and assists with candidate selection.
- Serving as brand ambassador at various events such as career fairs, schools, out of state national conferences and other recruitment events.
- Assisting with co-op, internship, and hospital volunteer programs.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for applicants with at least two years’ recruiting or related experience. Fluency in Spanish a plus. As this position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, we require applicants to include a cover letter showcasing your writing skills.
