Job Description:
- Responsibilities include recruiting activities to include requisition management, interviewing, background checks, drug screen administration, job fair coordination, scheduling and participation in orientations, and communication of such activities to plant and candidates. Other HR duties are assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment activities, excellent communication skills and organizational skills, proficient with computer – MS office, HRIS system (Workday/Kronos is a plus)

Salary: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winchester, VA 22603: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
