We are hiring a Recruiter that has a proven background in full cycle recruiting Industrial and Clerical candidates and matching them to their new careers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Having active car insurance and a valid driver license
Full cycle recruiting experience
Industrial and Clerical placement experience
Responsible for maintaining 95% + fill ratio
Responsible for maintaining 8% or less replacement ratio
Ability to multi task
Ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends when required by business needs
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word experience
