Recruitment Consultant

We are currently hiring for Recruitment Consultants to join our winning team. In this role, you will learn all about how to find qualified candidates for our top clients.
Discover International is currently hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join our winning team. This is an in-person job in our office in Brickell, Miami.
OTE Year one $85k
OTE Year two $110k
OTE Year three $150k +
Functions of the Role:
- Fully support both clients and candidates
- Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions
- Qualifying candidates to determine if they are a strong fit for clients' positions
- Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates
- Maintain relationships with candidates after placing them in a new position
Skills We Look For
- A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
- Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills
- Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Very resilient
What We Offer
- 20 days of PTO (plus 3 sick days)
- Base salary + uncapped commission (ask us about top performers' earnings!)
- Year One OTE $80k-$100k

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
