Position Description: JOB DETAILSJob Type: Temp-to-Hire ; Full-time
Pay: : $18 - $19.50 + Commission & Bonuses
SEEKING for a high-performance, experienced Recruiter that is capable of consistently executing company hiring objectives recruiting for multiple positions and industries.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions as assigned
Develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Well versed in recruiting entry level positions as well as Director level roles
Create job descriptions and Post open positions on various job boards and appropriate organizations sites.
Utilize online recruitment tools, networking to source qualified candidates
Prescreen all qualified applicants, perform initial interviews
Organization and scheduling of interviews
Guide applicants through the hiring process
Other duties as assigned
Assist with interview scheduling and coordinating the calendars of specified interviewers.
Distribution of interview confirmations and schedules for candidates.
Maintain communication with candidates and managers throughout the entire recruiting process.
May be asked to assist with reference checks and following up on items for outstanding background checks.
Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be able to recruit passive candidates
Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience writing job descriptions a plus
Experience creating offer letters and interview confirmations
Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn recruiting tools
Experience with social media/online recruiting tools
