Mobile Recruiter (Must live local in commutable distance to our office)

Office desk in Kilmarnock, VA and successfull candidate will occassionally drive to Tapphannock, Warsaw and Montross setting up tables at job fairs and recruitment institutions.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for recruiting in person around our 7 county territory, networking in various locations IN PERSON, maintaining and updating database, interviewing locally IN PERSON, and onboarding new caregivers. Monitor training of new caregivers to meet Virginia home care license requirements as well as educating them on company policies and procedures.

Experience in recruiting for the home care industry is a plus.

You will need to be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, as well as be able to multitask and have good organizational skills.

Additional duties outside the scope of recruiting, onboarding and monitoring training can and will be required as company needs merit.

You must have the ability to drive throughout our service area, setup booths or tables at events, communicating clearly and effectively and work events outside traditional office hours as situations merit.
