Job description
Raymond West is looking for a strong
Recruiter to join our energetic team! This position is responsible for meeting the hiring goals by filling open requisitions with talented and qualified candidates.
Essential Functions
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing video interviews
- Take ownership of the candidate experience by providing appropriate expectations and following up on next steps of the interview process.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending and negotiating employment terms.
- Stay aware of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in corporate search firm or high-volume recruiting
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
- ATS experience
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, and client relationships
- Self-sufficient
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

Pay Range:
- $48K-$70K
