The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the success of our Agency by being responsible for recruiting & growing the company’s pool of quality, competent, and experienced caregivers. Training new caregivers will be an important part of the job. This role will also be the point person to motivate our caregivers and to promote a positive culture. Attention to detail is key, good communication is a must, and maintaining excellence in customer service is paramount to the success of our Agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview and on-board qualified caregivers
- Source and recruit candidates through Indeed, social media, and other platforms
- Manage interviewing process and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Conduct caregiver orientation, training, development, and retention programs
- Prepare recruitment materials and make strategic decisions regarding recruiting campaigns and efforts
- Promote Agency reputation as “best place to work”
- Maintain electronic personnel files & compliance
- Handle phones and company voicemail. Ensure all calls are answered & handled appropriately while maintaining a high level of communication between clients, caregivers, and the office team.
- Document client/caregiver calls, events, disciplinary issues, and other notable matters in appropriate areas.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- High school degree required, some college preferred.
- One to two years of recruiting experience in Home Care
- Self starter with ability to think and work independently and problem solve
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Computer skills in business related applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc. Clearcare a plus!)
- A current driver's license and a dependable insured vehicle
- A professional appearance

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
