Position will work between Cranberry Twp and Hermitage offices.

Recruiting Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in enhancing and overseeing the organization recruiting/hiring strategy and processes.
• Helping prepare team members for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Help develop, implement and maintain company Facebook and Linkedin pages.
• Help update organization handbook.
• Help develop and implement job descriptions.
• Help ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline team members accordingly.
• Explore and evaluate potential employee benefits programs.
• Update process to retain historic people records by designing a filling and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
• Assist with organization communication.

Position is located at both 480 N Kerrword Drive, Suite 103, Hermitage, PA and 314 Thomson Drive, Cranberry Township, PA but could include some regional travel for job related activities.

Qualifications:

• Must complete the agency's employment process.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior, and understand the consumer confidentiality.
• Must be able to follow directions,and work as a team.
• Must have reliable transportation to, and from assignments.
• Human Resources (Recruiting) experience a plus.
