Ireland Home Based Services is currently looking for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator for our Evansville office. The ideal candidate for this position is dedicated to providing excellent customer and employee service, has excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing recruiting trends.
The candidate we are looking for will have a Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED. Hours are typically Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Evenings and weekends may be required. Must be able to travel to other IHBS offices, career fairs and community events throughout our recruiting area. Job duties include but are not limited to attending job fairs, maintaining social media and recruitment websites, building strong relationships with area universities and colleges and tracking and reporting recruitment spending to HR Director and Management. The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with Regional Directors and the HR Director to determine staffing needs.
