Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager is a member of the company HR Team and works closely with the HR Director, HR Team, GMs, and community hiring managers to provide training, support, and oversee the suite of Merrill Recruiting Platforms and Tools.
This position does not manage a team of recruiters or is responsible directly for recruiting employees. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Recruiting platforms and processes for the company.
Please Note: This position is located in the Seattle East Lake, WA area and not a remote work position. We are, however, currently working a Hybrid 3 days office/2 days WFH schedule which is subject to change depending on business needs.

If you are someone with:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field
- Three years of Recruiting experience
- Proficient In MS Office
- Experience in training, coaching, and working closely with internal team on how to use ATS, recruit, and hire candidates
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process from the beginning of the "lifecycle" to the end
- Experience using an applicant tracking systems and managing requisitions and candidate workflow
- Ability to analyze sourcing methods and determine their effectiveness relative to the positions and their geographical locations
- Able to model and strictly follow directions or procedures as required
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the overall functionality of the company recruiting tools and is the leader in creating and maintaining the highest standards of satisfaction in all areas including:
- Maintains and manages Merrill's ATS platforms and company Indeed page.
- Works closely with ATS platforms and Indeed representatives to ensure maximum utilization of all platforms.
- Creates and maintains job posting templates for all jobs for posting in the ATS, Indeed, and other job sites.
- Assists communities with coordinating job fairs and other hiring events.
- Develops and provides regular and ongoing recruiting and interview training for Merrill Hiring Managers.
- Manages and updates the recruiting database and prepare weekly reports.
- Provides recruiting support for HR team at the direction of the HR Director.
- Prepares various reports and analyzes the data to provide information to make business decisions.
- Maintains high levels of sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Assists in coordinating New Hire Orientation and onboarding in the Seattle Office and Communities
- Supports the HR team with projects, office support, and key initiatives.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyzes information, produce reports, organize, and deduct relevant information.
- Effectively and professionally communicate across all departments, and communities.
