KISS is looking for an amazing content creator that can quickly create relevant content across our social channels (IG, TikTok, etc.) We are looking for a big personality that will help shape our online voice and grow our online presence. You will need to be up to date on all the trends and be able to react quickly and creatively on all channels. You will be vital to the team and work directly with the social media managers to help grow our community!
Job Description:
- Create ~15-20 Reels/TikTok videos each week that align with brand messaging and deliver on metrics.
- Create content that is on-brand, on strategy, and delivered on time
- Ability to ideate, develop, and execute on TikTok strategies that grow brand awareness, build community, and increase sales
- Work with the marketing teams to coordinate and execute supporting TikToks for key brand and product moments
- Possibly host live streams to support business events, such as product launches, marketing campaigns or annual deals
- Continuously understand and analyze the needs of the brand, and create how those needs come to life on TikTok/Reels
- Provide monthly performance and/or campaign performance on key metrics on video content

- A general passion for all things social media.
- Strong communications skills; both written and verbal.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team player
- Experience in social media marketing
- Video and or editing experience, experience creating engaging, short-form content
- Friendly and outgoing, comfortable with people
- Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, in-app features, and technologies
- Driven, effective communicator, and someone who is willing to get out there and get it done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quick deadlines
