Nevada Regional Account Manager

Job Summary: The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for generating specialty infusion patient referrals in a defined territory. This will be accomplished with cross functional coordination of pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations. The Regional Account Manager will take ownership of executing sales strategies to achieve defined business goals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develops new accounts and services existing accounts, obtains new business, by planning and organizing daily work schedule in company’s CRM tool to call on existing or potential referral sources.
  • Educating physician – hospital/clinic-based referral sources about the products and services offered by the Company.
  • Responsible for achievement of net revenue and profit objectives, general sales activity and marketing support in a specified territory.
  • Actively engages in continuous learning and is viewed as an industry expert and trusted advisor to referral sources. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses through the Company’s CRM
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management
  • Participates in community and professional organizations to increase company visibility.
  • Creates a comprehensive, results driven strategy in order to meet or exceed established territory revenue goals.
  • Provides market insights that support leadership in the joint development of annual marketing plan to align with company financial goals.
  • Performs other tasks or special projects as requested by management.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A four-year college degree, preferably in business or healthcare related fields or equivalent work-related experience, ability to sell a service, experience in new business development and with customer service.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the infusion services, home health, or other related healthcare product/service industries, with a proven track record

Knowledge of reimbursement policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
