With our continued growth, we are looking for an Regional Construction Manager to join our team in the Little Rock, AR area.

The Role
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of assigned region, including headcount requirements, KPI, P&L etc.
- Monitor contractor performance
- Manage inventory requirements for construction projects
- Build and maintain positive relationships with utilities, developers, permitting agencies and government officials as needed
- Handle customer and contractor problems related to construction
- Track and trend expenditures and approve invoices within budgetary guidelines
- Perform field walkouts as required
- Perform site inspections for quality control for in house and subcontractor labor
- Review and approve damage claims
- Keep safety as your #1 priority for each of your team members: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws
- Work in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, tight spaces, elevated
- Maintain open communications with other departments
- Travel throughout assigned Region
- Other duties as assigned
- 10+ years of relevant aerial and/or underground construction experience, 3+ years in a leadership role
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
- Experience in estimating, bidding projects and change order preparations
- Ability to travel in region and occasionally to other areas, open to a variety of schedules and accessible outside of normal business hours as needed
- Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in-person or virtually
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed
- Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
- Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
- A body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely. **Safety is our #1 Priority. If personal safety is not compromised, an accommodation may be available based on previous ladder experience in a similar role.**
