Omni Community Health is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Regional FITT (FITT - Family Intervention Treatment Team) Director. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Community Health is a behavioral health organization providing and coordinating care for children and adults. As the Regional FITT Director, you would be responsible for providing administrative, and staff support for a specialized in-home stabilization program. The Regional Director FITT function can be generally described as coordinating the processes and workflows needed for a client’s participation in the program, integrating the program into routine operations, and removing barriers for access to the program. The Regional Director FITT is also tasked with growing the program to include clients who are eligible to receive the services it provides. The Regional Director FITT is critical to the coordination of the activities a particular program outside of routine therapy or medication management services.
