Job description
Seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as the HR liaison for the region and help guide management regarding employee relations, personnel development, performance management, and labor law compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Corporate Human Resources Director and the Human Resources Department to execute organization-wide strategies and objectives.
- Advises the Corporate Human Resources team on all regional personnel issues and updates.
- Supports regional executives and supervisors regarding the workforce's care, development, performance, motivation, and contribution.
- Oversees the hiring, onboarding, review, and employment separation processes; ensures that protocols are effectively conducted.
- Coordinates the company’s benefits administration processes for regional staff, including enrollments, amendments, and terminations.
- Provides guidance to supervisors to complete timely evaluations, implements effective coaching methods, and identifies areas for performance improvement; attends employee review and corrective action meetings as necessary.
- Working with the Training and Development team, identifying employee training needs, and providing appropriate and effective training paths that meet the established goals.
- Responds to and resolves employee relations issues.
- Supports the corporate Talent Acquisition team in regional recruiting initiatives.
- Documents and retains internal processes such as position transfers, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
- Working with the corporate Human Resources team, creates and implements employee engagement agendas, such as wellness programs and employee surveys.
- Provides support to employees in various Human Resources protocols such as leaves of absence and Workers’ Compensation leaves.
- Responsible for working safely, adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program, and supporting all Company safety efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 5 or more years of Human Resources experience.
3. 3 or more years of Human Resources Management experience.
