What you’ll do
  • Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive field marketing plan which integrates content for regional requirements with global marketing initiatives for Research & Translational markets.
  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs and tactics (e.g., seminars, webinars, local trade shows) including channel marketing programs through key distributors in the region.
  • Plan, organize, and execute regional marketing and sales programs and relevant regional product launches with cross-functional partners
  • Maximize Channel revenue through Distributors by working with commercial distribution team to define programs with clear objectives needed to improve distributor loyalty, share of wallet and retention. Work with Segment marketing managers and product managers to drive channel marketing programs, determining products to include in these programs and how to position those products. Work with marcom partners to create and launch agreed upon assets, training materials, etc. for distribution partners.
  • Support Sales Teams and Channel partners to maintain and identify marketing / PR opportunities via customer case studies, early adoption strategy, PR/event communications, VOC/VOS, testimonials and the like.
  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional sales directors, field marketing peers and corporate headquarters
  • Work with relevant Segment Marketing colleagues to forecast and measure the ROI for marketing campaigns and events
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, relevant Life Sciences, or Engineering
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive product/business management in Life Sciences
  • Experience in a marketing or sales customer facing role in the Life Sciences Industry, including planning, develop and executing customer events or marketing tactics, with the ability to communicate effectively, present, analyze and use data to drive improvement and problem solve
  • Experience managing marketing projects such as content development, campaigns or events with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, coaching, team building and influencing skills with proven ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrixed environment (empowering others to lead)
  • Strong business acumen, financial, organizational and relationship building skills.
  • Clear/strategic thinker with the ability to create and successfully execute commercial product execution plans.
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport, collaborate and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
