Job description

The Sales Manager directs and oversees a facility's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Sales Managers will oversee the Sales Consultants over their region to facilitate customer service and profitability of the facilities and company. This position reports to the Corporate Sales Department and the facility General Manager.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Monitor sales productivity to increase and grow revenues

Ensure quality of service meets expectations

Support regional sales team by providing resources and assistance in the field

Train new sales staff and provide training updates to all sales staff as needed

Recruit, hire, and coach sales team members

Enforce company guidelines

Assist and monitor all software programs

Conduct weekly sales meetings

All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of company software

Interpersonal communication

Organizational skills

Ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Attention to detail

Conflict management skills

Knowledge of DOT regulations

Required Education and Experience:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Required: 5-7 years of related experience

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
