Job Summary
he Regional Staffing and Caregiver Ambassador Manager is an effective, outcome-driven resource management professional who is responsible for high-quality service delivery to our caregivers, staffing specialists, and the Clients they support. This role will provide strategic staffing recommendations with a focus on quality and improved margin. The role will focus on supporting and retaining our caregiver population.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human or health services field preferred
  • One plus years of experience in health care, elder care, social work or related industry
  • Two plus years of leadership experience
  • The ability to apply effective problem-solving skills to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency as appropriate
Preferred Skills
  • Experience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google suite applications
