Job Description

  • Reports to the Vice President of Operations
  • Manages and leads all accounts and programs within the region.
  • Identify, market and grow new clients within the region.
  • Maintain, grow and expand existing client accounts.
  • Assist in business pipeline growth.
  • Lead corporate initiatives.
  • Develop strategies, goals and objectives for the assigned region.
  • Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding regional key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational goals and objectives.
  • Create budgets, staffing plans, and maintain them on both the project level and regional level.
  • Manage resources and allocations in conjunction with other regions within the company.
  • Responsible for being an integral participant in the growth and development of BBB, as well as building a team of skilled Operation Management professionals.
  • Develop teams with sustainability in mind for assigned region market.
  • Develop teams with infrastructure resiliency skills
  • Maintain and develop great relationships with clients, managers and frontline employees.
  • Coaches, mentors, and challenges staff.
  • Leads by example, demonstrating the attitudes and behaviors expected from others.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities:

· Profit and Loss responsibilities

· Contract Management

· Financial understanding of contracts, estimates to completion, bill rates, etc.

· Account Budget reviews and audits

· Account scheduling

· Staff Development

· Account review & approval process control with OM’s

· Purchase Orders

· Task Orders

· QA/QC

· Invoices

· Program Start up Leadership

  • Responsible for the profitability of projects, key project staff assignments and initiatives, and managing staff utilizations, in accordance with resource management plans.
  • Ensure timely preparation, coordination, and review of proposals, schedules, and budget estimates for client activities & pursuits.
  • Ensure proper administration of departmental and personnel policies, salary administration, training, employee development, and performance evaluations for the employees.
  • Ensure regular contact with clients are being performed and that we are proactively addressing any client concerns and seeking further opportunities. Understand upcoming workload and budgets to situate ourselves to be successful
  • Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Required to lead, develop, and foster an innovative and collaborative work environment.
  • Regular involvement with onboarding and training of new Operation Managers
  • Lead and mentor a team of professional staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 5 or more years of experience in the management of a staff of Operations Managers with financial accountability
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with the client base in assigned region.
  • Profit & Loss Experience
  • Strategic Planning
  • Demonstrated successful experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects of varying size, complexity & scope.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Quick learner, presentable, articulate and team player.

Annual Bonus of 15% of Yearly Salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 per year
