Job description
1. In charge of the operation of food service, sanitation, staffing and ordering of the food items based on the approved menus.
2. Ensures food preparation/ food production and meal service.
3. Responsible for the training and supervision of the dietary personnel
4. Ensures compliance of all Federal and State regulations.
5. Initiates all nutritional assessments, admissions, annuals, quarterlies, MDS, significant change of conditions and high nutritional risk patients.
6. Attends all Care plans and other multidisciplinary meetings.
7. Ensures compliance of all Federal and state regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
