As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health Unit. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Shift:

• Full-Time - 72 hours every two (2) weeks
• 7a-pa (Days)

Candidate needs to have the following:
Valid Missouri RN license
Current BLS/ACLS
Behavioral health experience preferred
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

About our Behavioral Health Unit
Our 10-bed inpatient Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) at Fitzgibbon Hospital provides care for patients needing treatment of acute episodes of mental illness. The unit is open around the clock and designed to provide mental health care to patients ages 18 to 65. We accept both voluntary and involuntary patients. BHU provides psychiatry services, individual and group therapy, social work services, and 24/7 nursing care in a supportive, therapeutic environment. Treatment is based on patient-driven care to ensure success upon discharge. With an average length of stay of 3 to 5 days, we strive to stabilize patients and integrate them into community mental health services.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
